Cardio Strength Training 6am Mon/Wed/Fri

Wake up early and join us for this class, our unique fusion of fitness and fun that’ll have your heart pumping in no time. This class incorporates cardio, free weights, TRX and torque rack so you can experience a full body workout.  Nicki creates a fun environment for all levels to succeed!

BRBL Strength Training 8am Mon/Wed/Fri

Join Sarah as she moves you through different exercises using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates so you can experience a full body workout. Don't worry, you don't need to be an expert to take this class as Sarah creates a fun environment for all levels to succeed!

Boxing

Boxing 6am Tuesday/Thursday

This class is sure to become your next obsession.  By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, Nicki will show you all the basics of Boxing including different punches and combos using punching bags and punch mitts for an optimal cardio experience.

MVMNT 6am Tuesday/Thursday

Join Sarah for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body boot camp style! this class includes a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
